TARDINESS
If a job starts at 7:00 a.m. employees are expected to start work at 7:00 a.m., not 7:05 a.m. or 7:15 a.m. etc. This also applies to breaks and lunches. If your lunch is 30 minutes long ans starts at 11:30 a.m. Employees will be back to work at 12:00 p.m.
Employees must notify office and job foreman of any tardiness. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of employment.
ABSENTEEISM
Employees who continually miss work due to personal reasons or otherwise will have their employment terminated. This includes leaving work early, not showing up for work, or showing up excessively late. Employees must notify both office and job foreman of any absenteeism ahead of time. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of employment.
