We reserve the right of sole discretion in determining whether any given act, conduct or omission by any employee warrants discipline, and the nature of any discipline to be imposed.

Discipline Policy

The following types of conduct by any employee may result in discipline (up to and including termination of employment), at our sole discretion.

a.     Insubordination;

b.     Inadequate job performance; or

c.     Inappropriate behavior related to employees general, specific, express or implied responsibilities.      

Discipline Policy  

1.       We have established a standard of excellence for our employees and for all who work with us and for us.

2.       We have exercised care in hiring who we believe to be the best people and we expect each person to demonstrate a high quality performance in their work.

3.       We will do everything possible to ensure these standards of excellence.

4.       Appearance, conduct and job performance by each person are crucial to our success.

5.       Whenever our standards are not met, appropriate steps will be taken to resolve the situation.
